Elle donnera en novembre une conf\u00e9rence sur ses recherches doctorales, dont est issu son livre, <em>L&rsquo;\u00e9cole du racisme<\/em>: <em>La construction de l&rsquo;alt\u00e9rit\u00e9 \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9cole qu\u00e9b\u00e9coise (1830-1915)<\/em> (PUM, 2021).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Elle explorera comment l\u2019alt\u00e9rit\u00e9 construite, mise en sc\u00e8ne et racont\u00e9e par l\u2019institution scolaire qu\u00e9b\u00e9coise du XIXe si\u00e8cle a \u00e9t\u00e9 un outil p\u00e9dagogique privil\u00e9gi\u00e9. En plus d\u2019examiner le champ narratif du \u00ab\u00a0faire-croire\u00a0\u00bb et du discours impos\u00e9 de la repr\u00e9sentation, elle analysera les contours de l\u2019appropriation des figures de l\u2019alt\u00e9rit\u00e9 par les \u00e9l\u00e8ves du Qu\u00e9bec. Quelles conceptions de l\u2019Autre, produites par quelles id\u00e9ologies, l\u2019\u00e9cole transmit-elle?
