M. Petitclerc) et membre \u00e9tudiant au CHRS, fait partie des auteurs de l\u2019ouvrage. Son chapitre s\u2019intitule\u00a0\u00ab\u00a0The Camel\u2019s Nose in the Constitutional Tent: Extrapolating from G. Blaine Baker\u2019s Thoughts on Late Nineteenth-Century Legal Liberalism and Elite Lawyer Resistance to the Canadian Welfare State\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Blaine Baker (1952-2018) \u00e9tait historien du droit et professeur \u00e0 l\u2019Universit\u00e9 McGill pendant 35 ans. Il \u00e9tait reconnu pour sa personnalit\u00e9 unique, son style d\u2019enseignement, son cosmopolitisme intellectuel et son engagement \u00e0 placer l\u2019histoire du droit canadien au c\u0153ur du curriculum des facult\u00e9s de droit.
